Our Reverse Hyper Extension (PR) is designed to be used in our (and a lot of other) power racks. The Reverse Hyper can quickly and easily be fitted flat or at an angle to increase tension in the lower position.

Extremely heavy duty, once fitted to a rack and loaded up with weight it provides a solid, safe platform to work the lower back, glute and hamstrings really hard.

Strong webbing adjusts automatically to suit various leg lengths making this reverse hyper extension really quick and simple to use.
