These heavy-duty, fully adjustable Power Stands allow you train all the major lifts in complete safety, meaning you can push yourself to absolute failure and know that the heavy duty Safety Bars will catch the bar when you hit your limit.

The Lift Off Hooks (now with nylon contact points to protect your bars) and the Safety Bars are adjustable in 50mm increments meaning you can fine tune the height to accurately suit your needs.
