Description

The Bench Row offers a great way to build thickness into the back while protecting the lower back from excessive strain.

The High Bench takes any size athlete and the adjustable bar supports can be raised or lowered to suit.

The Bench Row comes complete with own special Row Bar (not shown in picture) that allows a full stretch at the top of the movement with the bar hitting the underside of the bench.

Various foot posts and roller pads give you the option of various set up positions to give a different feel.

A great bench that will add a different angle to your back workouts.
