• The handles on dumbbells measure approximately 5.5″ long. To work out the loading area take 5.5 away from the total dumbbell length and divide by 2. So on an 18″ dumbbell this will be: 18 – 5.5 / 2 = 6.25″ loadable space each end.
• Available in lengths from 16″ to 24″ (at 2” increments). Please specify when ordering.
