The Olympic Cambered Squat Bar will make barbell squats a lot more comfortable.
This Cambered Squat Bar makes squatting a lot more comfortable than a straight bar.
The centre of gravity is lowered and less stress is placed on the shoulders as the bar is easier to hold with less stretching.
We find the smaller (180mm long) bend in the centre of our Cambered Squat Bars fits over the back better than a large ‘sweeping’ bend over the length of the bar.
