We use the International Union of Kettlebell Lifting standards (IUKL). The governing body for Kettlebell Sport Lifting or Girya in Europe and the world authority. The sets we provide cater for kettlebell exercise progression and will enable the safe practise of a wide range of exercises. Our super smooth bare metal handle significantly reduces hand soreness and its stable base makes floor work even easier.

Each kettlebell from 8 kg up to 32 kg is the same physical size. Traditional kettlebells get much larger in size as the weight increases. This does not happen with competition kettlebells and increases the learning curve.
