Various studies have shown that training on a Vibration Plate has an excellent effect on the general health and wellbeing of users. The three most significant elements of a vibration plate were taken into account in the development of the new Bremshey Vibration Control Vibration Trainer: correct frequency, correct amplitude length, in seconds, of training.
Extensive research has pointed out that an excessively low or high frequency of exercise does not have the desired positive effect on the general health and wellbeing of users. The new Bremshey Vibration Plate starts at 20 Hz (to max. 60 Hz); various studies recommend this as a minimum for improving and enhancing muscle strength, for example. The amplitude of the vibration plate and the number of seconds of exercise are – as indicated – important sales arguments.
