This crosstrainer has been really well received in our showroom trials. The stride pattern isnt as high as many machines and feels very smooth and we think this is one of the reasons why it seems easier to get involved with your workout – you hardly notice the first few minutes, it seems less effort than on other machines, and before you know it you are fully into your exercise programme.
